30 Days Money Back Guarantee
If you changed your mind about an  item purchased from us, you may have it returned within 30 days from the invoice date. Please contact us for a Return Authorisation Number (RA#). An RA# does not automatically guarantee a refund or exchange. Returned goods must arrive in UNOPENED BRAND NEW CONDITION, otherwise we may have it sent back to you at your expense, without granting any refunds. Please note that we may deduct a small amount from the refund to recover the initial postage paid to couriers.
Please note this guarantee does not apply to corporate orders or special orders.
Faulty Goods Returns
If the item you receive is faulty, please have it returned to us for refund or change within 30 days . Please refer to the Warranty policy below for defects discovered beyond 30 days.  To be eligible for a return, your item must arrive  in the undamaged original packaging with all contents included (if applicable).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 24 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account. If you pay by PayPal, the fund will show up as your account balance. If you pay via a credit/debit card, the fund will be available to the email account associated with your payment. 1 2-Month Warranty
Our goods come with guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. The warranty period covers the first 12 months from the invoice date. For more details, please contact the vendor of the product or speak to us directly. All warranty claims are subject to vendor or distributor approval. 
Return  Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
