Are taxes charged on my purchase?
Yes, 10% GST is included in all prices for domestic orders. However GST is not collected on International orders.
Where are you located?
Our office is located in Camberwell, Melbourne. The vast majority of orders are shipped directly from here, however we may also arrange dispatched from vendors' warehouses across Australia.
Do you have a physical shopfront?
Not at the moment. Operating as an online business enables us to reduce expenses and drive prices down for our customers. However you are more than welcome to drop in and say hi to real people.

Can I cancel an order I just placed?

How much will shipping cost?

We always double check our parcels before dispatching them That being said, we still make humanly mistakes. If you think something is not right about the order you received, you will need to report this to us within 3 business days.
